لضمان الأداء الأمثل في الظروف الرطبة، يوصى بوضع طلاء على الألواح. سيؤدي ذلك إلى تعزيز متانتها ومرونتها ضد الرطوبة، مع الحفاظ على موثوقيتها في التطبيقات الحاملة للأحمال.

عند إعادة تغيير مقاسات الألواح (القص بأبعاد مختلفة أو أصغر)، من الضروري طلاء الحواف المكشوفة حديثاً.

بالنسبة للمكونات التي يتم تثبيتها، مثل العوارض، الروافد المائلة، العوارض الأفقية الحاملة، و الهياكل الشبكية (الجمالونات)، يعد الثقب المسبق أمرًا ضروريًا. يجب أن يكون قطره أصغر من قطر المبرغي لضمان التعشيق الفعال لأسنان المسمار.

أثناء النقل والتخزين، من المهم حماية ألواح PSB® من التعرض المباشر لقطرات الماء والهطول المطري على حوافها وأسطحها. تأكد من توفير أغطية حماية ملائمة للحفاظ على سلامتها.

للتثبيت، يُوصى باستخدام البراغي، أو المسامير، أو الدبابيس بطول لا يقل عن 2.5 ضعف السمك اللوح، ولكن لا يقل عن 50-75 ملم. يجب أن يتم التثبيت على مسافات تتراوح بين 150-300 ملم على الدعامات الوسيطة (اعتماداً على ميل السقف)، و150 ملم على طول وصلات الألواح، و100 ملم على طول حواف السقف.

يُنصح بعدم تركيب بلاط أو ورق ديكور مباشرة على ألواح PSB® سوبريم، كما يجب عدم تطبيق أعمال الجص على سطحها.
